As of the 1st July 2020, we offer a Flexible Cancellation Policy with all new bookings at no extra cost.
Our Flexible Cancellation Policy removes the stress and worry from booking your next holiday. You can cancel from 60 days up to and including 2 days before the check in date and receive a refund.
Book with confidence, knowing that you’re covered if you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19 related cancellations such as national or local lock-downs and travel bans.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL
You simply contact us initially by phone on 01539-312290 so we can talk over your options, please let us know as soon as you think you might need to cancel so that we have an opportunity to re-let the dates.
NEED TO CANCEL MORE THAN 61+ DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DAY?
That is possible, however, your booking won’t be covered by Flexible Cancellation Policy. Please see our terms and conditions for full details of cancellation in this period.
NEED TO CANCEL DAYS 60 TO 2 BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DAY?
Okay, we will refund your accommodation costs on the date of your original check out – you can cancel for unforeseen circumstances which also include COVD-19 related cancellations, government lockdowns or travel bans. You will be reimbursed on the departure date of your original booking – this is a condition of the Flexible Cancellation Policy.
NEED TO CANCEL LESS THAN 2 BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DAY?
Sorry, if you cancel in this period there is no refund available. For the avoidance of doubt and as an example, if your arrival is on a Friday, you need to cancel before Wednesday to qualify for a refund.
DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING?
No there is no additional charge to you the guest, we have purchased this insurance cover so that you can book with confidence.
MY BOOKING WAS MADE BEFORE THE 1st JULY 2020 IS MY BOOKING COVERED?
*Our Flexible Cancellation Policy only covers new bookings placed on or after 1st July 2020 with an arrival date on or after the 1st August 2020.
Bookings made before the 1st July 2020 or bookings that have an arrival date before the 1st August 2020 will remain subject to our standard cancellation terms.
Additionally, if you make a new booking using a voucher that was issued before 1st July 2020, due to a COVID-19 cancellation, that booking will not qualify for the Flexible Cancellation Policy.
