We will remain open to accepting new bookings, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the Tier restrictions in place in your area at the time of making the booking.

From 00:00 on the 5th January 2021, England has been placed into a lockdown. Under the national lockdown rules, holiday travel is not permitted to or within England. The lockdown is expected to last until the 22nd February 2021
Therefore, we will be unable to accept any new holiday bookings with an arrival date before the 22nd February 2021.
If your accommodation is for work purposes or for any other reason permitted under the Government Guidance, then please contact us directly for assistance.
Existing Bookings with an arrival date before 22nd February 2021:
Bookings made with us directly or via HomeAway/VRBO:
- Please contact us and we will do all that we can to help facilitate a change of dates for your booking or where a change of dates isn’t suitable for you, a full refund will be offered.
If you booked with Airbnb, Booking.com, or TripAdvisor Rentals:
- Contractually, we cannot make any changes to bookings that originated via these online travel agents. Therefore, please contact them directly for assistance and they will in turn make any changes inline with their cancellation policies.
We have revised our booking terms and conditions in response to the uncertainty of making future bookings.
- If you place a new booking for a future date and subsequently you are unable to take up the booking due to complying with a Government Order, Direction or a Change in Law, then you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations for any other reason, including illness, will remain subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be read here.
