  • Bedroom 1: A bright double bedroom with bedside tables, a dedicated dressing table, a walk-in wardrobe, and charming views to the front.
  • Bedroom 2: A comfortable double bedroom featuring ample fitted wardrobes and peaceful views over the rear of the property.
  • Shower Room: A modern suite with a large mains-plumbed walk-in shower, washbasin with electric shaver point, heated towel rail, and a toilet.
  • Outside Space: An enclosed, wrap-around paved patio with traditional stone walls and outdoor garden furniture.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at Chase Cottage.
  • Connectivity: Superfast (Fibre to the property) WiFi internet is available for guests, and mobile signal is good on all mobile networks. 
  • Parking & Storage: Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Shared barn storage for bicycles or canoes is available upon request.
  • Water Supply: The property is served by a borehole, which provides water that is professionally filtered and tested to be safe for drinking.
  • Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided; however, towels are not included. Please ensure you bring your own.
  • Family Amenities: A travel cot is available on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
  • Important Rules: Smoking and vaping (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property.
  • Local Dining: Please note, the Hare & Hounds pub is currently closed. The nearest local favourite is The Masons Arms at Strawberry Bank, located just half a mile away.
