1. Vouchers can be redeemed against any booking made via our website.
2. You may choose to receive your Gift Voucher by email (no extra charge) or by post (£2.50 postage & packing fee applies).
3. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. The expiry date cannot be extended.
4. Vouchers are non-refundable unless the request is made by the purchaser within 14 days of purchase. Vouchers cannot be refunded if they have already been used.
5. Vouchers are non-transferable.
6. Bookings made must be in the name of the Recipient of the Voucher.
7. Bookings made using a Voucher will be subject to our normal booking terms and conditions.
8. The Purchaser and Recipient of the Voucher have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher code is not disclosed to others.
9. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only. Any unused value of a Voucher is non-refundable.

By submitting an Order Form, you confirm that you agree to the above terms and you also agree to Herdwick Cottages storing the voucher information supplied for the purposes of voucher creation and delivery.
