  • Damage Deposit: A £500 damage deposit is required, which will be refunded after departure once the housekeeping team has checked the house.
  • Pets: The rear patio/garden (accessed via the kitchen) is enclosed and ideal for dogs. Outside this area, dogs must be kept strictly on leads and under control at all times, including when exploring the wider estate.
  • Pool: The outdoor swimming pool is unfenced, though it has a secure removable cover. It is available for use from May through September and is heated from June through August.
  • Broadband: Superfast B4RN Fibre broadband (WiFi) is available throughout the house.
  • Media: Guests must use their own personal accounts for streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime) on the Smart TVs.
  • Fires: A large basket of wood is provided for each of the three open fireplaces upon arrival.
  • Infants: A travel cot and a high chair are available on request. Please let us know when booking if you require these items. Bedding for the cot is not provided.
  • Amenities: Bed linen, towels, and hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms, along with luxury Bathhouse soaps for all guests. Please note that the hot tub in the photos is no longer available at the property.
  • Catering: A skilled private chef is available to book for your event. Information can be provided after booking for you to liaise directly with the chef.
  • Access: Please note that the basement, accessed from the Grand Hall, is not accessible to guests.
