The Windermere train and bus stations are within walking distance, so leave the car behind and take the scenic transport option!

- Bathroom - Modern with shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and a basin with illuminated mirror above.
- Kitchen / Living area - Open plan space with a wonderful breakfast counter, an electric induction hob, oven, SMEG washer/dryer, fridge with freezer box, and microwave. Note there is no dishwasher. The living area comprises a two-seat sofa in front of the fabulous log-burning stove.
- Hallway - Cupboard storage for clothing, also housing the iron and ironing board.
- Bed linen, towels and services are included in the rental price.
- The bed is a fixed double and cannot be split into singles.
- Travel cot and high chair not provided. Please bring these with you if required.
- 1x Small dog is permitted - £20.00 per stay supplement.
- Superfast internet is available.
- There is no TV in the living room. The only TV is the wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.
- This property does not have private parking - there is free overnight street parking. Alternatively, the nearest Pay & Display parking is Broad Street, approx 4-minute walk, where you can buy daily, 3-day or weekly parking tickets. The 3-day and weekly tickets can be used in many council-run carparks in the South Lakes.
